Associate of Applied Science Degree

Our students are leaders in visual story telling. We provide unique opportunities for students from commercial production to live broadcasting of athletic and live events. Coursework integrates pre-production, production and post production experiences with creativity and vision. 

Did we mention Wyoming PBS is located on main campus in Riverton? This means you have a one-of-a-kind opportunity to gain expertise by crewing live productions with our partners at WPBS. As part of Wyoming PBS's relationship with CWC, it assists the college in offering numerous audio/visual and broadcasting programs aimed at readying students for careers in the television, radio and production fields.

The Television degree is an option of the Radio, TV, Film or Communication Associate of Applied Science degree. Students must complete the general education and foundation requirements of the TV, Film Radio or Communication degree and select a program of emphasis in either Film, TV, Radio or Communication. If you choose to complete two or more of the program emphases, you will earn a degree in each area that will be listed separately on your transcript. 

Students must take 1 credit of general electives
