CWC RUSTLERS SIGN TWO FROM STATE CHAMPIONSHIP TEAM
Central Wyoming College men’s basketball coach, Jack Nelson, signed two 3A state championship players to his Rustler 2017-18 roster May 8 at Wolverine gymnasium.
Kylan Shultz, who was recently selected to play in the Wyoming-Montana All-Star game, averaged 6.5 points per game for the Riverton Wolverines, with a 56 percent field goal and three rebounds per game.
Kylan is an extremely hard worker and someone who I have no doubt will improve our team. Every time I went to watch a Riverton High School game I left extremely impressed with the effort Kylan put forth. Throughout the recruiting process I learned that high level of effort is how Kylan approaches everything he does whether it’s in the classroom, on the court or when running track. ”

Brady Fullerton is a three time all-conference player, 2017 all-state player, 2017 Fremont County Player of the Year and 2017 Conference Player of the Year. Fullerton averaged 14 points per game, 5.2 assists per game, 2.6 steals per game and a 56 percent field goal. Both Fullerton’s parents played for CWC.
“Brady is a very intelligent player who impacts the game in so many ways. He has the ability to score as well as create opportunities for others,” Nelson said. “Coaches always look for their point guards to be an extension of themselves on the court and I think Brady will definitely fit that mold.”
