First course in the Leadership Certification Program, a new program offered by Central Wyoming College!

The Foundations of Leadership class, taught by Sandy Hessler

Much of the talk these days is around our need for better leaders. But what really is leadership? How can you become your best leader?

CWC is excited to announce a course that will help you define and build your answers to those questions. With a focus on visioning, goal setting, effective time management and structure, effective communication and listening and team building, you will leave class with a powerful roadmap for your own success.

Sandy combines over 30 years of business experience and leadership from esteemed organizations including IBM, Proctor and Gamble, and Harvard University with a lifetime pursuit of understanding human potential. Currently, she teaches the Start Up Intensive in Jackson.

This is a two credit course. 

The course will run from January 15 through March 6 and will take place on Wednesdays from 5:30 to 7:30 pm.

A face-to-face workshop will be Saturday, January 25 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
