The event will bring beef consumers and producers together to celebrate the benefits and sustainability of beef production, provide educational opportunities for the public and present a steak tasting to crown a producer with “The Best Beef in Wyoming” and "The Best Beef in the West".
All things beef: classes, presentations, tastings, booths and a “Best Steak” competition.
The Beef Roundup is designed to bring beef producers and consumers together to celebrate Wyoming beef, to educate the public on the benefits and sustainability of beef production, and to showcase the exceptional flavor of Wyoming beef. A steak tasting by select judges will ultimately crown a producer with “Best Beef in Wyoming” and an open division featuring producers from across the U.S. will determine a “Best Beef in the West” winner.
We feel it is so important to make people aware of who processes and sells their home-raised beef. Consumers who are also new to directly-marketed beef are introduced to the process of cow-to-plate as well. The Rendezvous City Beef Roundup will offer educational programs and presentations ranging from beef preparation to economic impact, grazing, and new technologies in the beef industry.
Speakers, classes, vendor and producer booths, steak sample tastings, tours of CWC’s Rustler Cattle Company facility.
$20 Individuals - includes a $5 food voucher (persons 16 and older)
$35 Families - includes a $10 food voucher (including persons 15 and under)
$20 Steak & Wine Pairing Class (must be at least 21 years of age to participate)
VIP Tickets include all of the activities during the day, a $10 food voucher, a custom Beef Roundup cooler bag full of goodies, the opportunity to tour CWC’s future Ag & Equine Complex (space is limited), and VIP steak tasting dinner, with a complimentary first beverage.
